My new spot to indulge in a warm bowl of Ramen! The Red Curry is by far my favorite. The atmosphere is great; Nice decor. Cristy... (hopefully spelled it right) was very sweet and helpful. The manager is also very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great dining experience.

Ramen Lab Eatery is a hidden gem! Their ramen is a refreshing departure from traditional flavors, with every ingredient bursting with freshness. We had the best waiter, best food and best environment my wife and I could have asked for. This is the best premium ramen shop we have ever been too and will be coming here again for our next visit to Florida. Ps. The kimchi fries are golden

The Vegan Ramen had this incredibly rich, umami-packed broth that you’d never guess was plant-based. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. As for the Miso Ramen— Deep, savory miso flavor with a silky, comforting broth and tender noodles that soaked up every bit of it. This place isn’t just good—it’s a must-visit. I've been to Ramen Lab several times, I usually get the pork Japanese curry katsu don but today tried some of their new monthly specials which were all 10/10 for me. From the monthly specials, Grandma's ribs were perfectly cooked/tender, the pork katsu sandwich with waffle fries NEEDS to be a permanent option along with the strawberry shortcake.

An umami dish with an incredibly sensational flavor. I will definitely come back more often. The service was impeccable. We were unsure of what to order since it was our first time trying ramen, and they were extremely attentive, guiding us through the choices and getting it just right.

The food is great, just like their East Boca location. Instead of fast casual dining, it's become more casual dining. I came on two different occasions and got two different Lunch Combos (App Entree Drink). Appetizers: Both the Ban Chan appetizer and Pork Gyozas were delicious. The Ban Chan was light and the Gyozas were juicy. Entrees: the Poke Bowl and Miso Ramen w/ Ground Chicken were big and filling. The Poke Nachos are another tasty entree option, it's a lighter meal (as in not as much) option for those who aren't hungry. Drinks: I upgraded both meals to have boba (4.99). Both the Peach Oolong and Lychee Passion fruit teas were super refreshing and not too sweet. The atmosphere is great for all, especially those who love anime, there's even a TV that displays some. There's a small area of outdoor seating.

Fun spot for anime fans! Ramen Lab is a great place to take kids if they’re into anime. The atmosphere is fun, the food is delicious, and the spicy cauliflower was my favorite. Definitely worth a visit! Sav and all the staff were super friendly and attentive.
